不同间隙腰间盘突出症硬膜外注药治疗效果比较

目的：探讨不同间隙腰椎间盘突出症硬膜外注射皮质类固醇激素复合液后的治疗效果．方法：对所收治的腰间盘突出症患者36例，均用强的松龙、维生素B12、利多卡因混合液20ml注入硬膜外腔．每7天注射一次，三次为一疗程，观察疗效．结果：平均改善指数为0．669，改善率为88．9％，单节L4-5，或L5S1均改善指数为0．725，改善率为90．1％．多节L3-4、L4-5或L4-5、L5S1平均改善指数为0．614，改善率87．3％．统计处理单节段和多节段腰椎间盘突出症的疗效无显著差异．结论：硬膜外注射皮质类固醇激素复合液治疗腰椎间突出症是较安全、简单、无须住院，且经济、疗效可靠的非手术疗法之一．无论轻重和病程长短均可施治，其疗效不与单节段或多节段腰椎间盘突出有关．

Comparison of Therapeutic Effects of Epidural Grug Injection at Different Interspaces to Treat Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Prolapse

Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of epidural injection of corticosteroid complex solution at different interspaces to treat lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse. Methods： 36 cases lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse were treated with 20ml complex solution which contain prednisolone, vitamin Bl2 and lidocaine, injected through epidural space, every 7 days injected one time, three times for a treatment course, observing the therapeutic effect. Results： The average improvement index was 0.669, improvement rate was 88.9%, the average improvement index of a single level L4-5 or L5-S1 was 0.725 and improve rate was 90.1%. The average improvement index of multiple level L3-4, L4-5or L4-5, L5S1 was 0.614, improving rate was 87.3%. There was no significant statistical difference between single level and multiple level intervertebral disc prolapse. Conclusion： The epidural injection of corticosteroid complex liquid treatment is one of the relatively safe, simple, without hospitalization, economic and reliable non-surgical therapeutic methods to treat lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse. This treatment can be administered regardless the severity and duration length of disease, its curative effect is not related with the intervertebral disc prolapse is single level or multiple level.
