| 摘 要： | 科技成果转化问题是当前我国学术界的热点课题 ,科技成果转化的优劣目前还难以定量描述 按照科学性、完整性、准确性、可操作性和易度量性的原则建立了科技成果转化的评价指标体系 通过实例 ,针对问题的模糊性 ,运用多层次模糊综合评判理论进行定量研究 ,所得结果与实际吻合 ,且具有计算简便、分辨率高和便于计算机处理的优点 ,对科技管理工作具有较高参考价值和应用价值

| Abstract: | The study on transformation of science and technology achievement is an important issue in our country at present. We build an eva luation system about the transformation of science and technology achievement in this paper.We give a method of the multi AHP fuzzy synthetic judgement for the fuzzy of the problem.provide an example that illustrates the,and method.The method has the advantages of simply calculating,high distinguish rate and easily processing with computer. |
