发达国家教师教育的特点及其对我国的启示

摘    要:教师教育是对教师培养和教师培训的统称,体现了教师的教育是连续性的、可发展的、一体化的终身教育。从师范教育发展到教师教育,是世界教师队伍建设的共同历程。现简要介绍当前主要发达国家教师教育发展的特点,从教师教育的专业化发展、教师培养模式、教师资格证书制度等方面解读当前教师教育的发展情况,并结合我国现阶段教师教育情况谈了几点看法。

Abstract:Teacher education involves teacher development and teacher training,which indicates that the education for teachers is characterized by its continuous,systematic and lifelong features.The development of the teaching staff in the world has gone through from normal school education to teacher education.This article briefly concludes some main features of the current teacher education in developed countries by focusing on the professional development,teacher training models and teaching qualifications.At last,some comments on current teacher education in China are also made.
