| 摘 要： | 作者采用低小牛血清，低叶酸的TC199培养基及高pH值的培养方法，对16例住院慢性肾炎尿毒症患者，24例正常年轻人外周血淋巴细胞染色体脆性部位及染色体畸变进行了研究，结果表明，慢性肾炎尿毒症患者的染色体畸变及脆性部位表达均较对照组高（P＜0．01），其中3p^14表达最高。

| Abstract: | The authors investigated the tchromosomal aberration adexpression of fragile sites in the lymphocytes which were collected from 16 case of chronic glomerulonephritis uraemia and 24 case young helthy people as control.Their blood were cultured with low folicacid low thymidine higher pH(7 6)cultured medium and induced with FUDR.The results showed that the abberation rate was 14 98%,but 4 22% in control( P <0 01).That the expression of fragile sites was 27 29% for chronic glomerulonephritis uraemia group,23 02% for control group ( P <0 01),and that the relation of aberration with fragile sites was 87 7% of R for chronic glomerulonephritis uraemia and 92% for control.These findings sugest that chromosomal aberration is in association with fragile site. The authors had found that the expression rate for 3p 14 was highest. |
