中国三农政策的演变特点和趋势分析基于知识图谱视角

中央一号文件主导着中国农业政策的发展,因此对该文件的研究可以观察出中国三农政策的发展与变迁规律.本文首次从知识图谱视角,以1982～2019年出台的21个中央一号文件为研究样本,采用定量分析与定性分析相结合的方法探究我国三农政策发展变迁的规律.首先采用社会网络分析、共词分析和聚类分析方法探索中央一号文件的关键信息,并依据其特点划分三农政策的演变阶段;其次通过政策文本内容分析方法系统总结我国三农政策的演变规律;最后提出我国三农发展的结论与未来趋势展望.

Analysis on the Evolution Characteristics and Trend of China's Policy of"Agriculture,Countryside and Farmer"Issues——Based on the Perspective of Knowledge map

The No. 1 Central Document dominates the development of China''s agricultural policy, therefore, studying the Document can observe the law of development and change of China''s three rural policies. This paper selects 21 No. 1 Central Documents issued from 1982 to 2019 as the research samples, and uses the method of combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis to explore the law of the development of China''s three rural policies for the first time from the perspective of knoledge map. Firstly, the methods of social network analysis, co-word analysis and cluster analysis are used to explore the key policy information of the No. 1 Central Document, and divide the evolution stages of the three rural policies according to the information characteristics; Secondly the evolution law of China''s three rural policy is systematically summarized through policy content analysis methods; Finally, the conclusions and prospects of the development of China''s agriculture, countryside, and farmers are put forward.
