涉农科技型企业高质量发展机制研究——基于乡村产业振兴视角

基于乡村产业振兴视角,本文系统分析了创新要素、外部环境与涉农科技型企业高质量发展的作用机理,并采用西南4省(市)533家涉农科技型企业的问卷调查数据,综合运用因子分析、主成分分析构建有序logistic计量模型进行了涉农科技型企业高质量发展机制实证研究,得出如下研究结论:(1)企业家创新精神、管理运行机制和科技创新能力是其高质量发展的关键创新要素,而政策环境、产业环境和社会文化环境则是涉农科技型企业高质量发展的外部创新条件;(2)市场创新能力、激励机制效果、研发资金占比、贷款支持政策、产业潜在利润、诚信价值观念对其高质量发展均有显著正向影响,是提升其发展质量的关键影响因素;(3)从关键变量的影响程度来看,贷款支持政策和产业潜在利润对其高质量发展的影响明显大于研发资金占比和市场创新能力,表明政策环境、产业环境对其发展质量的影响比创新要素更大,改善外部环境可以直接推动其实现高质量发展,同时也说明企业家创新精神和科技创新能力对提升其发展质量产生直接影响.

Research on High Quality Development Mechanism of Agriculture-Related Science and Technology Enterprises Under Industry Revitalization: A Perspective of Rural Industry Revitalization

Based on the perspective of Rural Industry Revitalization, this paper systematically analyzes the factors of innovation, the external environment and the mechanism of high-quality development of agricultural science and technology-related enterprises, and adopts the questionnaire survey data of 533 agricultural science and technology-related enterprises in 4 provinces (cities) in southwest China, based on factor analysis and principal component analysis, this paper constructs an ordered logistic econometric model to study the mechanism of high-quality development of agricultural science and technology enterprises.Based on the results of the empirical study, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) entrepreneurship, management and operation mechanism and scientific and technological innovation ability are the key innovation factors for high-quality development of agricultural-related scientific and technological enterprises, the policy environment, industrial environment and sociocultural environment are the external constraints for the high-quality development of agricultural science and technology enterprises; (2) the ability of market innovation, the effect of incentive mechanism, the proportion of R & D Funds, the policy of loan support, the potential profit of industry and the value of good faith all have significant positive effects on the high-quality development of agricultural science and technology enterprises, it is the key influence factor that promotes the development quality of the Agricultural Science and Technology Enterprise; (3) from the influence degree of the key variable, the impact of loan support policy and industry potential profit on the high-quality development of agricultural-related science and technology enterprises is obviously greater than the proportion of R & D funds and the market innovation ability, it shows that the policy environment and industrial environment have a greater impact on the development quality of agricultural-related sci-tech enterprises than the innovation factors, and improving the external environment can directly promote the high-quality development of agricultural-related sci-tech enterprises, at the same time, it also shows that the entrepreneur''s innovation spirit and scientific and technological innovation ability have a direct impact on improving the development quality of agricultural-related scientific and technological enterprises.
