| 摘 要： | 民族地区的可持续发展问题关乎国家经济的全面发展,同时也影响国家稳定统一的大局。民族地区可持续发展必须抓住人这一关键因素,解决好环境和经济问题,走好可持续发展的道路,落实根本措施,落实具体方案。在宏观调控的基础上良性运行自然—经济—社会这一复合系统,形成永续、全面、健康的局面,以此真正实现民族地区可持续发展。
