摘    要:采用熔融共混法制备了氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷表面修饰纳米二氧化硅(AMNS)/尼龙6复合材料(PAMNS),并采用热重分析及差示扫描量热法对获得PAMNS进行了详细研究.结果表明:AMNS的加入能显著提高尼龙6复合材料的热稳定性能,同时会导致尼龙6的结晶尺寸发生改变,结晶温度降低,但是对尼龙6复合材料的熔融行为则几乎没有影响.含不同氨基浓度的AMNS对复合材料热学性能的影响程度也不同,因此在采用AMNS作为填料时必须考虑其表面氨基浓度的影响.

Abstract:Nylon 6(PA6) doped with γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane modified nanosilica(AMNS) composites were prepared by using melt blending in association with extruding and injection-molding method and characterized by means of thermogravimetric and differential scanning calorimetric analysis.Results indicate that the introduction of AMNS could significantly improve the thermal stability of the composite,and at the same time,it also leads to the crystal size of PA6 change and crystallization temperature decrease,but it has slight influence on the melting behavior of the composite.The influences of AMNS with different amino content on the thermal properties of the composites are different,so the amino content is a very important influencing factor that must be considered when AMNS is used as filler.
