| 摘 要： | 校企合作是高职教育培养高素质技能型人才的必由之路,在长远发展和现实操作中具有明显的优势。结合高职院校的校企合作模式和机制创新,深化校企合作,强化人才培养,提高人才培养质量,形成校企合作的长效机制,实现职业教育培养目标和彰显职业教育特色。

| Abstract: | Cooperation between colleges and enterprises and combination of working and learning is the only road for the higher vocational education to train high-quality talents.It has obvious advantages in the actual operation and in the long run.The paper discusses the ways and methods to realize school enterprise cooperation and production-teaching cooperation.To further deepen the school-enterprise cooperation,strengthen the measures of personnel training,and improve the quality of personnel training,form the long term system of school-enterprise cooperation,its role lies in achieving cultivation objectives of vocational education,displaying vocational education characteristics. |
