| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育适龄人口的下降,江苏省高职院校在人才培养工作中将面临许多新的问题,高职院校要正确认识高职专业人才培养目标的内涵,以人才培养模式改革为重点,根据教育对象的变化开展人才培养工作,在人才培养工作中以学生的成长和发展为检验教学质量的首要标准。

| Abstract: | Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu province will face many new problems along with the decline of birth rate.The higher vocational colleges must have a correct understanding of the connotation of aims of teaching,and pay more attention to the talent training mode reform according to the changing educational objects.The student＇s growth and development should be the primary standard for inspecting teaching quality. |
