| 摘 要： | 知识网络已成为现代知识管理理论界和实务界研究的热点课题之一。对知识网络的兴起背景、定义、类型、成因及过程、治理机制与运作模型等进行了介绍。指出了知识网络的局限性,以及对中国企业的启示,以期为中国企业等各种组织间网络理论的发展提供一些新的视角和研究参考。

| Abstract: | Knowledge network has become one of hot research topics in modern knowledge management circle and practical field.This paper introduces the background,definition,type,cause,process,management mechanism,operational model of the rise of knowledge network and points out the limitation of knowledge network and its enlightenment on China's enterprises in order to provide a new angle and research reference for the development of inter-organization network theory of China's enterprises. |
