大学教师人际价值观特点的初步研究

摘    要:通过对大学教师、医生、注册会计师、律师、邮政管理人员的比较,探讨大学教师人际价值观的特点。结果显示:大学教师的人际价值观与其它四个行业既有共性也有差异性;与医生和邮政管理人员不存在差异性;大学教师在开放性、公开性、互惠、对个人利益的态度上较高;女性大学教师比男性大学教师利己性强且较冲动;本科学历的大学教师更注重建立良好的关系。

Abstract:Through comparing the characteristics of interpersonal values in five professions, namely, college teachers, doctors, registered accountant, lawers and postmaster managers, the interpersonal values of college teachers are examined. The results suggest that the teachers and other four professions share much commonness as well as differences in interpersonal values, but the teachers share few differences with the doctors and the postermaster managers; the teachers are higher on openness, publicity, reciprocity, attitude to personal benefits; the female teachers are more self-regarded and impulsive than the male teachers; the bachelor teachers pay more attention to good relationship with others.
