| 摘 要： | 影像学技术，尤其是CT和MRI在鼻腔鼻窦疾患的诊治中起重要作用。在临床上，CT扫描常为鼻腔鼻窦疾患的首选影像学检查方法，冠状位高分辨率CT影像能较好地显示解剖变异和鼻窦炎。使用MRI检测鼻窦气体交换值得进一步研究。根据影像学表现，结合I临床，对多数鼻腔鼻窦疾患可作出较为正确的诊断。

| Abstract: | The imageological technique, especially CT and MRI plays important role in diagnosing and treating disease of nasal cavity or sinus. In clinically, CT scan is the first choice of imageological examinations in diagnosing disease of nasal cavity or sinus. And coronal high resolution CT imaging can display the anatomic variation in nasal region and nasosinusitis well. To detect the value of gas exchandge in the nasal sinus with MRI is worth to be investigated further. According to imageological and clinical findings, most diseases of nasal cavity or sinus can be diagnosed correctly. |
