摘    要:探讨篮球运动训练对肥胖男大学生身体成分与骨骼密度的影响.选定16名肥胖男大学生随机分成两组:运动组8例,对照组8例.根据训练内容,每周5次,每次80分钟进行训练,总时间为12周.运动前后分别对两组参试人员进行身体成分与骨骼密度的测定.结果表明,参与篮球运动训练后,运动组体重与对照组相比均有明显下降(p0.01),BMI、FAT%和WHR发生了显著变化(p0.01,p0.05,p0.001),同时运动组的骨密度也相应增加.结论:篮球运动训练对肥胖男大学生的身体成分与骨骼密度有明显的改进效果.

Twelve Weeks Basketball Training Impact to the Obese Male College Students Body Compositon and Bone Mineral Density

Abstract:The influence of basketball training brings to bone density and body composition of fat male college students is considered by dividing 16 fat male randomly into 2 groups,8 for sports,and 8 for opposite.The tent of the training is 5 times per week,80 minus per time,and total length of training is 12 weeks.Then the two groups of participants'body composition and bone density before and after training are determined respectively.The results show that after the training,the weight of sports group drops evidently(p〈0.01).BIM,FAT%and the abdominal fat rate are dramatically changed(p〈0.01,p〈0.05,p〈0.001).Meanwhile,bone density rises as well.Basketball training brings positive effect to the bone density and body composition of fat male college students.
