Abstract:This study investigates one mathematical model with resource constraints for the problem of dynamic multi-project and multi-task selection planning resource allocation subject to the phenomenon of uncertainly adding new projects,and also proposes one immune genetic algorithm for such model.Relying upon the error of resource allocation as the performance index,the model is established,associated to the constraint factors of project weight,inheritance and the relations between projects and between projects and tasks.Further,based on the implicit immune mechanism in the clonal selection principle and gene recombination principle of genetics,the algorithm is proposed.Depending on the practical data,the experiments show that the model is rational,and the propose approach performs well over the three deterministic algorithms.
