系统科学视野下的台风预警与搜救系统结构的建构

摘    要:海上台风预警和搜救系统的功能得以实现的关键是构建系统结构。从系统科学视角以项目基于GPS/3G/GIS 的宁德海上台风预警和搜救系统的研究(简称该系统为 3GTPSS)为例,给出了系统结构的动态生成方法。讨论系统的环境因素,把系统环境分为一般环境和直接环境;设计了 3GTPSS 的功能,应用系统结构的动态生成方法,建构了此系统的结构;讨论了该系统与其直接环境的关系。这些研究为项目开发奠定了基础,也为相关系统结构的建构提供了参考。。
