摘    要:在水溶液中采用柠檬酸三钠和六偏磷酸钠作为稳定剂,通过控制较低浓度的无机镉源溶液和硫源溶液缓慢接触反应,在冰水浴条件下一步成功合成了荧光稳定性好、表面富硫的水溶性CdS量子点.并利用Hg2+与CdS富硫表面的过量S2-的特异结合反应所引起的量子点的荧光淬灭效应,实现了对水溶液中痕量汞离子的选择性定量分析检测.考察了不同种类缓冲溶液、pH值条件、量子点浓度等因素对荧光淬灭程度的影响,在优化的最佳实验条件下,汞离子分析测定的线性范围为0.05~33μmol.L-1.

Abstract:The water-soluble CdS quantum dots with sulfur ion enriched surface and stable fluorescence was fabricated by one-step approach,in which the reaction rate was controlled by giving low concentration of inorganic cadmium and sulfur precursor and using both sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium citrate as stabilizing agents in an ice cold bath.It was found that excessive S2-at the surface of CdS can interact specifically with Hg2+,resulting in the quenching of fluorescence signals,which was applied in the select...
