摘    要:插齿机刀轴常出现裂纹。本文探讨出现裂纹的原因,认为是热处理淬火后压力校直时压下力过大所致。在刀轴 C—N 共渗时将立装改为吊装,并控制校直压力后,未再出现裂纹。

Abstract:Fissure and cracking are frequently found in cutter shaft of gear shapers.The study suggcsts that they are caused by excessive pressure exerted on the shaft when straighteming it after quenching.In case hardening of the shaft,it is found that fissures can be avoided by suspending instead of mounting if verticall,and by readjustment of the straighteming pressure applied.No cracking is found thereafter.
