泛家族主义文化的影响已深入到我国社会的各个角落，它对城市农民工进城之初有着积极的作用，但并不利于农民工的长期发展。农民工是我国城市现代化建设的一支生力军，因此有必要采取有效措施引导泛家族主义文化良性发展并最终以先进的现代化文化取而代之，最终实现整个社会的城市化、工业化的现代化发展目标。

The Influence of Extensive Familism Culture on Peasant Workers in Cities

The extensive familism culture has deeply effected all the places in China. The influence is positive to the early stage of peasant workers' entering city ,but negtive to peasant workers' long-term development. Since peasant workers are vital constructors of city modernization construction, effective measures must be adopted to guide the familism culture towards benign development and replace it at last with advanced modern culture so as to realize urbanization, industrialization and modernization in the whole society.
