| 摘 要： | 本文通过实验证实了DNA凝胶电泳图谱中区带的扫描吸收峰面积正比于DNA的质量。据此可以对区带中的DNA含量进行定量分析。为限制性核酸内切酶的动力学常数的测定提供了简单的方法。
