摘    要:录音机机芯动态特性谱分析诊断是对机芯的动态抖晃(Wow-Flutter)信号,用时间序列谱分析方法进行处理,可以诊断出机芯传动系统中各部件的缺陷和影响抖晃的程度。本文介绍了时间序列分析的线性谱(快速傅里叶变换FFT谱)和非线性谱(自回归AR谱)。通过分析计算,诊断出CM1000B型机芯诸传动部件对抖晃误差的作用。最后对两种时间序列谱分析的结果和在实际运用中的优缺点进行了比较。

Abstract:Processing dynamic wow-flutter signals of mechanical drives by means of time series spectral analysis is considered as spectral diagnosis on dynamic character of cassette recorder mechanical drives. The faults of parts in me- chanical drive transmission system and their affecting wow-flutter have been diagnosed. In this paper time series spectra, both linear spectrum (FFT spec- trum) and nonlinear spectrum (AR spectrum) are introduced briefly. After analysis, the action of various parts in type CM1000B mechanical drives are revealed. The results of these two kinds of spectral analysis and their advan- tages and disadvantages in practice are compared.
