Abstract:In China, school-based education is the main pattern of teacher development after formal teacher education. It has developed a new field for teachers' professional development. For this purpose, the clarification of many relevant restrictive factors should be taken into account, and various groups of resources in the education field should be optimized, which can provide new dynamics for the theoretical and practical basis of school-based teacher education.
