摘    要:实验用蒽酮比色法和酶水解法两种淀粉测定方法分别测定了17种饲料样品的淀粉含量,实验结果表明,两种测定方法差异极显著(p<0.01),但两种测定方法测出的数据有极显著的强相关关系,相关系数R2=0.995 9(p<0.01),其回归关系为y=0.966 9x-0.706 3.

Abstract:In this experiment,seventeen conventional feeds are analyzed with antrone chromametry(y) and enzymatic hydrolysis(x) methods for starch contents.The results showed that there was a significant regression relationship between y value and x value: y = 0.966 9x-0.7063,R2 = 0.9959,P<0.01,n=17.But through t tested between x and y,P<0.01,it was concluded that x and y value was significant difference.
