高校健美操教学中培养学生综合能力的实验研究

摘    要:能力教育是当今世界经济与科学持续发展的要求,也是人类社会生活发展的要求.加强对学生的体育综合能力的培养,既是社会发展的需要,也是高校体育教学改革的主要任务.通过在健美操教学课中采用自学预习法、借助多媒体技术培养观察能力法、小老师法、分组互教法、比赛表演法等,培养学生的综合能力.使学生通过健美操课的学习,掌握自我锻炼的方法和手段,学会一项终身受益的体育项目.

Abstract:In nowadays,ability education is not only a requirement for sustainable development of the world economy and science,but also that for the development of social life of human beings.To strengthen the training of students' comprehensive sport ability is the demand of social development,as well as a major duty of college physical education reform.This article is concerned with calisthenics arts teaching,which uses the methods of self-study and preparation,and takes advantage of multimedia to cultivate students' power of cultivation,method of assistant,method of grouping and teaching mutually,method of performance to achieve the goal of developing students' comprehensive abilities.Thus,through learning calisthenics arts,students can master self-exercise and learn a sport and enjoy its benefits during the lifetime.
