| 摘 要： | 从我国物流园区规划设计中存在的问题出发，借鉴发达国家物流园区规划设计的经验，探讨规划设计的具体内容和基本原则，分析物流园区与产业集群的相互关系，认为要统一管理物流园区规划设计，以市场需求为导向，规范物流园区优惠政策，以此促进物流园区的健康发展。
