摘    要:为了探讨动态成型工艺参数对聚合物动态加工功率的影响规律,采用熔体输运模型研究自行研制的同轴圆筒动态流变装置电机输出功率对振动力场响应,建立了振动力场下电机动态输出功率与稳态输出功率差的理论模型;对同轴圆筒动态流变装置电机输出功率进行测量,并与理论计算功率数据对比,发现理论模型能较好的预测电机功率随振动参数的变化情况,实验数据和理论模型均表明电机功率随振动参数的增大而减小;通过实际加工中脉动注塑机能耗随振动参数的变化情况来证实理论模型的可行性。

Abstract:In order to explore the rule of polymer dynamic processing power consumption influenced by dynamic technical parameters, the response of power consumption of self-made coaxial barrel dynamic rheometer (CBDR) to the vibration force field was studied with melt conveying model. Theoretical models of power consumption of CBDR under vibration force filed were established. Practical electromotor output power data of CBDR is compared with the data of theory model, and it was found that theoretic model data can predict the change of practical electromotor output power consumption with vibration parameters accurately. Results were deduced that the power consumption dropped while the axial vibration was applied, and the decline range increased with the enhancement of vibration strength. The change of energy consumption of vibration injection machine with different vibration parameters also approved the feasibility of the theory model.
