摘    要:采用离子耗竭法研究了空心莲子草、风眼莲、碎米莎草、空心菜四种水生植物根系磷吸收动力学特性。结果表明,四种水生植物对磷的最大吸收速率(Imax)和亲和力常数(Km)均存在显著差异。空心莲子草适宜处理含磷浓度较高的污水,碎米莎草适宜处理含磷浓度较低的污水。对于人工湿地除磷而言,选用碎米莎草最为有效。

Abstract:Ion depletion technique was adopted to study root phosphorus (P) uptake kinetics of four aquatic plants (Alternanthera philoxeroides Griseb, Eichhornia crassioes Sohns., Cyperusiria L arid Ipomoea aquatica). Results showed that there was significant difference in P uptake kinetic parameters (Imax,Km) among four aquatic plants. Alternanthera philoxeroides Griseb and Cyperusiria L were more suitable for the removal of high and low concentrations of P, respectively. As to the constructed wetland, Cyperusiria L was more effective for the removal of P.
