| 摘 要： | 采用全国29个省份1978~2006年的面板数据,在柯布一道格拉斯生产函数的基础上引入财政支出作为解释变量,就我国财政支出总量和结构对产业升级的影响进行了分析。研究结果表明,文教、科学、卫生事业支出对三次产业的推动作用十分明显;而基本建设支出、挖潜改造资金和科技三项支出、支农支出和行政管理支出对三次产业的贡献则各不相同,有些甚至阻碍了三次产业的发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the data of 29 provinces from 1978 to 2006,the impacts of governncent expenditure and stracture on china's industrail upgrading is analyzed with the CD function by insertiug government expenditure.Results show that government expenditure of culture,education,science and public health promote the upgrading of industrial structure,and the rest of the government expenditures shows various effects on industrial structure upgrading,some of them even have adverse impact on industrial structure upgrading. |
