超声分散原位聚合法制备纳米TiO_2/聚酯复合材料

摘    要:为制得具有抗紫外性的聚酯涂料,通过超声分散制备了TiO2预分散波,研究纳米TiO2在体系中的分散性,并用比分散液原位聚合法合成了纳米TiO2/聚酯复合材料,且制得涂膜,对所制涂膜进行傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、扫描探针显微镜(SPM)、紫外可见光谱(UV-VIS)等测试.实验表明,制得的涂膜中纳米粒子分散性好,紫外线屏蔽率达到50%~90%,效果明显.

Abstract:In order to get anti-UV polyester coating,nano-TiO2 particles slurry was prepared by ultrasonic-dispersion at first.Then polyester/nano-TiO2 composite resins and their corresponding polyester/nano-TiO2 composite films were prepared by in-situ polymerization via slurry above.The composite films were investigated by FT-IR,SEM,SPM,ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UV-VIS),respectively.It was found that introduced nano-TiO2 particles were homodisperse in films and could increase UV absorbance of the films.The UV...
