| Abstract: | The paper argues that the essence and nature of the ethical stipulation for modern technology, is not only the stipulation for technological subject, neither for technological object, hut for the dynamic proce.c.s of it. That is, ethical stipulation should be based on the dynamic process which integrated the technological subject and object. According to this viewpoint, the paper puts forward the characteristic of the ethical stipulation is layered processivity and randomieity. |
