无心内圆磨削质量控制的时序建模方法

摘    要:本文就如何建立合适的无心内圆磨削工序在线X-R质量控制的AR(n)模型进行了探讨.运用自现场采集得的轴承内圈内孔精磨后的工件尺寸数据建立时间序列模型.文中还对建模时采用的数据长度和适用模型的检验标准作了深入的探讨,提出了用AR(n)模型的临界残差方差函数来确定适用模型的残差极限.

Abstract:This paper discusses the fitting of an AR (n) model for the x -R quality control of an operation in inteinal centerless grinding. Auto-covariance analysis is carried out for the data collected from shop floor. The results show that the dimension error of components is dependent on the grinding wheel wear and the frequency of the changing wheel.Several AR(n)models are fitted by different numbers of data of Xj and Rj. These models are checked with Akiake's BIC and minimum residual variance criterion. Investigation results show that (1) the number of fitting model data of xj(or Rj) should not be smaller than 20; (2) the minimum residual variance criterion is more suitable than BIC criterion for the grinding process quality control.A critical residual variance function al is given for checking the adaptability of the AR (n) model.
