油田含油污水混凝检测与控制技术应用研究

摘    要:在油田含油污水的混凝处理工艺中,采用一种新的在线混凝检测与控制方法--透光率脉动检测技术,并考查了此投药自控系统对原水流量、水质变化的调节性能.结果表明,该检测与控制技术可测定出油田含油污水中絮凝体相对粒径及数量变化情况,灵敏地反映出加药后的混凝程度,具有良好的调节和控制特性,是一种具有良好应用前景的含油污水混凝检测与控制技术.

Abstract:A new online coagulation monitoring and controlling method,the monitoring technique of fluctuation of transmitted light,is applied to the coagulation process of the oily wastewater in this paper.The performance of the automatic control system is investigated when flow rate and quality of raw water is changed.The results showed that the relative diameter and amount of flocs can be detected by this paper.Coagulation degree is indicated sensitively after coagulant is dosed.The responses display good regulating and controlling performance.It is demonstrated that the coagulation monitoring and controlling technique of the oily wastewater is provided with a good application prospect.
