| 摘 要： | 《圣经》是开启西方文化的钥匙。新修订的《高等学校英语专业英语教学大纲》附录I列出了英语专业知识课程中的社会文化课程，其中第（f）项是《圣经》。从《圣经》对英语词汇学习、英美文学阅读和跨文化交际能力培养三个方面，论述了系统地学习了解《圣经》对于专业英语教学的重要性。
