基于组织网络理论的战略联盟知识转移研究

基于组织网络理论,研究了战略联盟网络的结构维度和关系维度,对联盟中知识转移产生的影响。研究结论表明,战略联盟的网络异质性不利于联盟中的知识转移;网络稳定性、强的网络连接和联盟中的信任有利于知识转移。研究结论从组织网络视角揭示了联盟知识转移的影响因素,能够指导联盟更有效地促进知识在联盟中的共享和转移。

Research on Knowledge Transfer in Strategy Alliance Based on Organization Network Theory

By using organization network theory,this article analyzed how structural and relational dimensions of alliance networks influences knowledge transfer in strategy alliance.The findings showed that network heterogeneity prevent strategy alliance knowledge transfer,while network stability,strong tie—strength and trust were facilitated knowledge transfer in strategy alliance.The conclusions illustrated factors influence knowledge transfer in strategy alliance from perspective of organization network,and could instruct strategy alliance to promote knowledge transfer and sharing effectively.
