| Abstract: | This paper mainly discussed the writing technique and translation skill of the technical papers. The Englishof technical papers are composed of three parts: the purpose, the methods, the conclusion. And correct tense and voice should be employed when translate. At last, analyze the process and make a conclusion of the writing and translating of the technical papers. |
