静脉注射染毒小白鼠组织器官中镉蓄积的研究

摘    要:采用含镉0.01%的水溶液经静脉注射对小白鼠染毒,利用微量进样火焰原子吸收光谱法,可靠地测定了染毒后靶器官中镉的含量。由测定结果考察了镉在小白鼠的红细胞、血清、肝、肾、脾、肺、心脏和大脑中的蓄积情况。结果表明,镉在血液中进入红细胞的量约占90%,比率随注射量的增大变化不显著;其它靶器官对镉的蓄积主要体现在肝脏和肾脏,按照蓄积相对含量排列的顺序为肾、肝、脾、心脏、肺、大脑。

Abstract:In this paper, cadmium content of the target organs was reliably determined after exposure by mainlining the cadmium content of 0.01% aqueous solution to mice exposed and by using micro-sampling flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The accumulated volume of the cadmium has been tested in mice' s red blood cells, serum, liver, kidney, spleen, lung, heart and brain as the results of the study. The results also showed the amount of cadmium is about 90% in red blood cells, but with the injections, the rate of the increase of which does not change significantly while other target organs of cadmium accumulation manifested mainly in the liver and kidney, according to the order of accumulation in kidney , liver, spleen, heart, lung and brain.
