| 摘 要： | 随着教育事业的发展,高校实验室扩建迅速,实验室投资规模逐年扩大,大型贵重仪器设备不断增加。但在实验室发展的进程中普遍存在一个共同的问题,那就是大型仪器使用率偏低,实验室投资效益不高。结合山东农业大学园艺学实验教学中心工作实际,提出了强化实验技术队伍建设及其作用,提高投资效益的思路。

| Abstract: | Recently, with the development of educational business, university laboratory and laborato- ry investment is expending and the quantity of precious implement is increasing. However, in the process of lab development, there were some common questions, such as the low utilization rate of large-scale instruments and the poor instrument benefit. Based on the experimental teaching center work reality of Horticulture College in Shandong Agricultural University, this article propose the thought of strengthening technical team construction and affection and improving investment benefit. |
