医学院校实验室引进信息化管理系统相关问题研究

通过分析医学高等院校实验室目前的现状及存在的问题,阐述了在医学高等院校建立实验室信息化管理系统的可行性、必要性、及其优势所在;医学高等院校实验室不仅仅只是人、财、物的管理,它应该是动态的、实时的、多方面的、跨界的管理,也只有引入信息化管理的模式,才能提高医学高等院校实验室管理水平,提高实验设备的完好率、利用率,才能为医学高等院校培养高素质毕业生提供良好的实践场所。基础医学实验室是医学院校教学实践重要基地,是提高医学院校素质教育的重要手段,也是学生理论联系实际、开拓创新的基础平台,因此改变医学院校实验室固有的、旧的管理模式,是顺应时代发展的需要,也是今后工作努力的方向。
