| 摘 要： | 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶圆盘电泳法，测定了四川短尾 （ｎｏｕｒｏｓｏｒｅｘＳｑｕａｍｉｐｅｓ）和中麝 （Ｃｏｃｉｄｕｒａｒｕｓｓｕｌａ）的心脏、肾、骨骼肌、肝和脑中的乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）同工酶．结果表明，各组织ＬＤＨ同工酶的区带数、各区带的迁移率，相对活力及亚基含量具有明显的种属特异性和组织特异性．

| Abstract: | By means of polyacrylamide gel disc electophresis a careful study is made of the lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) isozymes of five kinds of tissues: heart, liver, kidney , skeletal ined and brain of Anourosorex Squamipes and Grocidwra rusula, The results indicate that there exist an obvious difference in the LDH isozymes electrophoretograms; the moving rate of each band, the relative vitality and the content of the subunit of the LDH isozymes of tisssues all display their respective singularity in species as well as in tissues, |
