| 摘 要： | 本文采用分光光度法研究了纳米金溶液、ＣＴ－ＤＮＡ及两者混合液高速离心前后的吸收值的变化情况，发现纳米金溶胶和ＤＮＡ之间存在相互作用，并进一步证明了两者有定量的结合关系。

| Abstract: | Centrifugalizing experiments and UV Vis spectral analysis were curried out for nano gold(NG),CT DNA solution and mixed NG DNA solutions.It was concluded that the CT DNA molecules can firmly bind with NG particles in definite ratio. |
