三株染料脱色优势菌的分离与鉴定

摘    要:从温州印染厂废水池污泥中分离出三株染料脱色优势菌,其中A1对活性桃红KD-8B脱色率为87.5%,A2对活性桃红KD-8B脱色率为90.2%,A3对弱酸猩红FG的脱色率为86.4%,并根据各菌株的个体、群体形态和生理化实验对细菌进行鉴定,三株细菌分别定名为:A1为睾丸酮假单胞菌,A2为嗜麦芽黄单胞菌,A3为恶臭假单胞菌。

Abstract:Three strains of predominant bacteria for dyes decolorization were isolated from sludge in waste water of Wenzhou printing plant,among the three strains,the decolorizing rates of reactive red KD 8B with the strain A 1 was 87.5%, and that of reactive red KD 8B with the strain A 2 was 90.2%, and that of weak acid scarlet FG with the strain A 3 was 86.4%, According to bacterial individual shape and colony shape and physiological biochemical characters, these three strains of bacteria were identified:the strain A 1 was named Comanonas testosteroni ,the strains A 2 was named Xanthomonas maltophilia ,the strain A 3 was named Pseudomonas putida .
