| 摘 要： | 本实验以环磷酰胺 (Cyclophosphamide以下简称CP)为诱变剂 ,以小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞 (PCE)微 核率以及小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变率为指标 ,以绿豆为阻断剂 ,研究绿豆的抗突变作用 .结果含 10 %绿豆的饲 料使CP诱发的微核率从 3 2 .3 8± 3 .34‰降至 9.0 0± 1.85‰ (P <0 .0 0 1) ,染色体畸变率从 2 6.38± 3 .0 2 %降至 13 .52± 1.93 % (P <0 .0 0 1) .表明绿豆对CP诱发的突变具有明显的抑制作用 ,提示绿豆具有抗诱变作用
