中空成型注塑机塑管厚度微机控制器硬件设计

摘    要:本文通过对原有中空成型注塑机塑管厚度控制器(以下简称中空机塑管控制器)的结构及工作原理的分析,指出了原控制器存在的问题和不足,设计了中空机塑管微机控制器的硬件系统.配合原有之中空成型注塑机动作过程,挤压出理想厚度分布的塑管.符合现代中空成型制品提高品质,节省原料,降低成本的要求,经实践验证,其性能优于原控制器.

Abstract:In this paper, the structure and processing principle of a parison thickness controller of the blow-extrusion process machine are analyzed, the disadvantages of this machine are pointed out. A new hardware and software structure of the parison thickness controller is designed.Its utilization in a factory has been proved that the controller has been high performances.
