| Abstract: | Based on the research of carrying out pleasant P.E., the active significance of pleasant P.E. in the teaching reform in China has been objectively analyzed by using the literature and information.The effects of pleasant P.E. on the quality education and the lifetime sports cultivation for the students have been discussed. A New idea of P.E. teaching reform which is confronting the quality education and the needs of the future society is prsented. |
