嗜碱和耐盐碱放线菌的细胞组分分析

本文对49株嗜碱和耐盐碱放线菌的细胞组分,形态学、生长pH和耐盐性进行了研究。22株菌为嗜碱菌,其余27株为耐碱菌,除两株菌外,都能耐受4％的NaCl,41株能耐受7%、17株能耐受10％,3株可耐受15％的 NaCl。37株菌为Ⅰ型细胞壁.全细胞水解液无特征性糖,其余12株菌的胞壁组分出现异常,出现meso-DAP和Gly。其中两株菌仅出现meso-DAP和Gly,4株菌出现迹量的迹量的L-DAP,两株菌的meso-DAP比L—DAP少.4株菌两种类型的DAP含量相近。

Ceil Wall Composition of Alkalophliic and Alkallnesalt Tolerant Actinom etes

We have studied the morphology ,cell wall composition the pH of growth and tolerant to NaCl of the 49 strains alkalophilic and alkaline-salt tolerant actinomycetes in this paper 22 strains are alkalophilic and others are alksline tolerant. 47 strains may tolerant to 4% NaCl .and 41 strains to 7%.17 strains to 10%, 3 strains to 15%.37 strains are cell wall type I ,no diagnostic sugars in whole cell hydrolyates. But there are 12 strains that have meso-DAP and glycine in purified cell wall ,and of these two strains have meso-DAP only, and others have two type DAP.
