摘    要:提出了一种利用激光散斑表征磁流体显示器件光学性能的方法。阐述了磁流体显示器件的工作机理及显示过程中磁微粒的运动过程,将其运动模型简化为简单的几何模型,利用散斑相关方法测量了磁微粒的堆积过程;同时,利用散斑图平均对比度方法研究了磁流体薄膜表面形貌的变化过程。实验结果表明:激光散斑方法是一种表征磁流体显示器件光学性能的有效手段。

Abstract:A method was proposed to character the magnetic fluid display device(MFDD) by using laser speckle inspection technology(LSIT).The display mechanism of MFDD was expatiated and the movement of magnetic particles was analyzed and simplified as a geometry model.By using laser speckle correlation method, the particles accumulation was studied.Meanwhile,the shape changing of magnetic fluid film was investigated by using speckle patterns mean contrast method.Experiment results show that LSIT is an efficient method to character the optical properties of MFDD.
