| 摘 要： | 介绍了大型钢管无溶剂环氧涂层自动涂装技术的系统组成、工艺流程、质量检验和涂层修补措施。大型钢管无溶剂环氧涂层自动涂装技术采用热固化技术、涂料加热技术,运用双组份喷涂设备喷涂无溶剂环氧涂料,漆膜均匀厚度偏差小,一次成膜厚、固化时间短,提高防腐涂层的整体防腐性能和生产率,降低工人的劳动强度。

| Abstract: | The thesis describes the system components, process, quality inspection and repair methods of automatic coating technology of solvent--free epoxy coating for large steel pipe. The automatic coating ＂technology of solvent--free epoxy coating for large steel pipe applies heat curing and paint heating technology and sprays solvent--free epoxy paint by two--component spray equipment to achieve even coating film by one time with small thickness deviation and short curing time. It improves the overall corrosion resistance of anti--corrosion coating and production efficiency and reduces labor intensity. |
