日落黄褪色光度法检测H2O2-Fe(Ⅱ)羟自由基

摘    要:利用Fenton反应中加色素日落黄(FCF),产生的羟自由基(·OH)氧化日落黄发生减色效应.加入抑制·OH的还原剂,测定日落黄吸光度的变化间接测定羟自由基的产生量.实验对抗坏血酸,盐酸羟胺在不同溶剂中的抗羟基自由基氧化性能进行了比较.结果表明:抗坏血酸、盐酸羟胺50%乙醇溶液的抗氧化能力较抗坏血酸、盐酸羟胺水溶液的抗氧化能力强.4种体系中的回收率分别为:抗坏血酸107.2%、盐酸羟胺50%乙醇溶液104.2%,抗坏血酸90.2%、盐酸羟胺水溶液96.0%。

Abstract:Using the mechanism that hydroxyl free radicals produced by Fenton reaction can make the sunset yellow fade,the discharge of hydroxyl free radicals was measured indirectly. The resistance of performance of ascorbic acid and hydroxylamine hydrochloride in different soluion to the hydroxyl free radical oxidation were compared. Results showed that the antioxidant capacity of ascorbic acid and hydroxylamine hydrochloride in 50% ethanol solution is better than ascorbic acid and hydroxylamine hydrochloride in aqueous solution. The recovery rates of ascorbic acid and hydroxylamine hydrochloride in 50% ethanol solution are 107.2%, 104.2% respectively. The recovery rates of ascorbic acid and hydroxylamine hydrochloride in aqueous solution are 90.2%, 96.0% respectively.
