灿烂甲酚蓝褪色光度法测定亚硝酸根的研究

摘    要:根据亚硝酸根在0.5 mol·L-1硫酸介质中能使灿烂甲酚蓝褪色的原理,建立了测定亚硝酸根的新方法.研究了测定的适宜条件,在最大吸收波长600 nm及选择的最佳条件下,方法的线性范围为0-0.8μg·mL-1,检出限为0.025μg·mL-1,该方法灵敏度高、操作方便,用于火腿肠中亚硝酸根的测定,结果满意。

Abstract:A new fading spectrophotometic method for determining trace nitrite was developed. The method was based on the fact that nitrite can fade Brilliant cresyl blue in sulfacidic acid medium. The optimum experiment condition for the determination was found. The detection limit for nitrite is 0.025 μg·mL-1. The linear range of the determination is 0-0.8 μg·mL-1 with the absorbance measured at 600 nm. This method was operated at 40℃. The method was applied to direct determination of trace nitrite in foodstuff with satisfactory results.
