正庚烷临氢异构化研究进展

摘    要:直馏汽油中一般含有较多的正庚烷 ,而其辛烷值为零 ,如能将其异构成带多个侧链的异庚烷 ,则可拓宽高辛烷值汽油理想组分的来源。正庚烷异构化的难点在于高选择性地生成多侧链异庚烷和抑制异庚烷的裂化反应。对正庚烷异构化的热力学、动力学、催化剂及反应的主要影响因素进行了分析 ,提出了结合反应器技术来研究正庚烷异构化的方法。从理论上来说 ,采用浆态床反应器优于传统的固定床

Abstract:The content of \%n\% heptane in straight gasoline is high, but its octane number is zero. If \%n\% heptane can be converted to multi branched i heptane with high octane number, a new source of gasoline component with high octane number will be found. However, it is difficult to produce multi branched i heptane and restrain its cracking. On the topic, some papers have been published in recent years. Here a brief introduction about the thermodynamics, kinetics, and catalysts of n heptane hydroisomerization, as well as the factors affecting the reaction is given. Furthermore, the authors also suggest to carry out the reaction in a slurry reactor because it has some advantages in theory.
